Education Goals

  • GTJG is focused on educating at-risk youth and assisting them in achieving their dreams through golf.
  • Education has always been a goal and we are now attempting to place more emphasis on literacy and math skills given the plight of the educational system in the communities we serve.
  • A formal program roiled out in January and initially is based on a proven educational software program. The expected outcome is improved math and English performance and we will measure this via monitoring of progress through school and an evaluation of report cards on a regular basis.
  • Provide Scholarships to graduating seniors of GTJG entering college in 2007.
