Funding Goals
Obtaining funding for scholarship awards for participants who excel in the program.
We will award our first college scholarships in July 2005 to four GTJG participants planning to enter college regardless of their intention to play golf or not. Funds will be secured via fundraising activities and grants from independent sources.
Partnerships with local golf courses and driving ranges to provide ready access to appropriate golf facilities for children and provide appropriate golf practice at facilities that may be accessible all year-round. This will benefit all 200 of our participants.
Major relationships will be developed and nurtured via meetings and proposals to be completed prior to the start of our summer program.
