Greater Trenton Junior Golf offers four levels for our Junior golfers to learn about the fundamentals of golf.

Beginners (For ages 3-12) - Putters
Advanced Beginner Golf (For ages 3-12) - Chippers

The Beginners Golf division is designed to build an appreciation of the benefits of the game of golf. Practices are kept simple and fun, an important element in the development of young golfers. Rules of golf, golf club components, proper attire, etiquette, and other basic concepts of golf are taught in a child-friendly manner. Using the Beginners level as a foundation, the Advanced Beginners Golf builds on what was learned previously.

Intermediate Golf (For ages 6-12) - Pitchers

The Youth Development division is designed to build an appreciation of the benefits of the game of golf. Practices are kept simple and fun, an important element in the development of young golfers. Rules of golf, golf club components, proper attire, etiquette, and other basic concepts of golf are taught in a child-friendly manner.

Advanced Golf - Drivers

Junior Golf training is more intense and is focused on advanced training to build upon the basic skills learned in the first two levels of the program. Golfers at this level receive regular training from PGA professionals at local golf courses and practice facilities. These golfers also participate on scholastic golf teams and in several local and national junior golf tournaments and events.
